Fabian removed and replaced an aging slate-over-concrete patio deck in the backyard. The concrete pad had settled over the years and was likely not properly graded. He regraded the area to ensure proper drainage, sloping it away from the foundation. It was replaced with an attractive stamped and colored concrete deck. In addition to the patio project, Fabian also demolished and replaced a failing below-grade exterior stairwell. The new stairwell is very solid and well-constructed. On another job, Fabian replaced our 65-year-old concrete front walkway and landing with blue stone installed over a concrete base. Made the entrance to the house significantly more attractive and functional. Fabian personally completed most of the work and was consistently present onsite to supervise his team throughout the process. We were pleased with the construction quality and final results of all Fabian’s projects for us.

I know Mr.Fabian paqui, as a concrete specialist and we used him for a large Hindu temple construction project, he is good and very knowledgeable when it comes to concrete which means wherever concrete is used like, basement, roof, multi story structure, etc., he is very knowledgeable in giving custom made solution for any building issue related to concrete. I hired him for my house basement stair way leaking from both side walls, Fabian came up with a solution, initially I was hesitant to demolish the existing stair well and build a new one that same place with more concrete, turns out that was the right solution, I have no more leaking issue on the side walls and he also came up with long sump at the bottom of the stair well, it worked perfectly well. No more constant sump pump running in my basement. He is very good in decorative concrete as well, I hired him again for my backyard patio, which is stamped concrete , it came out excellent. Like standard saying in the industry you get what you pay for quality comes with a price, so Fabian gives quote for his work, which is for quality, honesty, durability and lots of love for his professional care on the project he is doing. I recommend anyone not to second guess and hire him without hesitation.
